Own New was founded in 2018, building a stronger connection between lenders, builders and brokers, to create better solutions for the buyer. Our platform brings all sides together in one workflow: generating more leads for builders and brokers and providing better mortgage rates and a seamless journey for buyers.
We believe that the process of buying a new home should be as exciting as the home itself — not slowed down by disconnected systems and missed opportunities. By aligning every party in the chain, we make sure the builder incentive gets to where it matters most: the buyer.
